Built for one thing: streaming on a TV
Saga Streaming exists because every other option treats TV as an afterthought.
Why we built this
Android TV has become the default platform for home streaming, but most apps are built for phones first. Buttons are too small, animations stutter on cheaper hardware, and the interface assumes you are holding a touchscreen. Even apps that claim to support TV often run poorly on the 1 GB boxes that millions of people still own.
Saga Streaming takes the opposite approach. It is built for the remote first, it adapts to the device it runs on, and it never assumes you have more RAM than you actually do.
What it is not
- It is not a content platform. Saga Streaming does not host, provide, or curate any media.
- It is not a paid service. There is no subscription, no premium tier, no ads.
- It is not closed off. Plugins are yours. Your keys are yours. Your watch history belongs on your server, not ours.
