1. The app

Saga Streaming is a client application for Android TV. It does not host, provide, or distribute any media. All content you access through the app comes from plugins and services you configure yourself.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The plugins you install and the sources they query.
• Ensuring that what you access is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Protecting your own API keys, tokens, and servers (Floppy, etc.).

3. No warranty

Saga Streaming is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will work on every device, that plugins will function, or that any particular content will be available.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Saga Streaming, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or legal consequences of the content you access.

5. Third-party services

Saga Streaming integrates with third-party services such as TMDB, OpenSubtitles, MDBList, and any plugins you install. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms of service.

6. Changes

These terms may change over time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
