What this does

Floppy is the optional watch-history service used by Saga Streaming. If you created a Floppy account, we can delete it for you. This removes your account and every watch event stored with it. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion

Enter the username of the Floppy account you want deleted. We'll use it to find and remove your data. You don't need the app installed for this to work.

Requests are handled manually and may take up to 7 days. If you prefer, you can email contact@sagastreaming.com directly with the subject "Floppy account deletion request".

What gets deleted

• Your Floppy account (username, password hash, profile).
• All watch events: titles, positions, and timestamps.
• Any devices linked to the account.

Nothing is kept after deletion. There is no archive and no backup retention.
